So we had Tippy, the Pleasant Ghost-Writer guess at what CBT is. </p> <p> She's pretty sure that it's either a form of torture that will have the strongest man rolling in pain on the ground within seconds or a cute animal mascot from Sanrio (the makers of Hello Kitty). Given the odds, we're pretty sure it's that Hello Kitty thing.
