Flogging, canes, kicking, punching, single-tails … the instructor is multi-layered, like an onion, and will accomodate the abilities of those who show up. </p> <p> It will be a workshop class, and we're pretty sure that means you can punch each other but not hit people with a single-tail just to find out if you're already good at that.
