We have a variety of ways you can help us make TNG4 happen and be a success, but the one that helps us the most is your time and energy in any of a number of roles both during as well as before the event.

We are looking for volunteers in the following areas:

To our volunteers, we offer discounts on registration, other extra goodies such as T-shirts and maybe something special from a sponsor, and our thanks for helping TNG4 succeed.
We will be having a Volunteer Fair at Edges on the evening of January 19th from 5-7pm. Contact the Volunteer Wrangler for the locations to Edges if you do not know how to get there.

Volunteer FAQ
- Q. Do I need to register for TNG4 to volunteer?
Yes. You can register at the Volunteer Fair, but we do need you to register at some point.
- Q. Do I need to be in the TNG4 age range in order to volunteer?
Yes. All of TNG4's presenters and organizers are in the TNG4 age range, and we want our volunteer staff to also be in the TNG4 age range.
- Q. How will registration work with the discount?
The same as for non-discounted registrations - register and pay the full registration cost. After the event, we will issue you a refund for your discount via check. (Note the change in refund methods -- it costs us more than we'd like in processing fees to do refunds via credit card. Checks are cheaper letting us give you a better discount for volunteering).
We do this because many of the organizers have had problems at past events with volunteers skipping out on shifts after getting into the event at discount. If this is major financial hardship for you, please contact our Volunteer Wrangler. We can't guarantee anything, but we will see if we can do something to help you out.
